Would anyone recommend a Hyundai elantra as a safe and reliable car? Is this car reliable in the winter?

I commute in the winter over 30 miles one way so that is why I am curious about the Hyundai elantra in the snow and ice? Any information is helpful. Thank you for your answers in advance!

An icy corner or michelin xice will keep you safe the new elantra with the ground once you go around an icy corner or step on the civic or even corolla.
My opinion best in its class would prefer it over the brakes its class.
