Recently my 2000 Hyundai Accent has been having ‘fog’ coming from the vents occasionally and I notice that the evaporator under the glove box on the passenger side is sometimes icy or dripping wet. Is this the symptom of a clogged evaporator drain? If so, where can I locate this drain to unclog it?
Okay I found the drain, and I notice a small dribble of water coming out of it. What is the best way to unclog the drain? It’s hard to get to from the top or bottom of the car.

the drain should be on the passenger side of the firewall with a little rubber hose connected to it so it drains downwards
