Where can I find programming for a Hyundai Tucson keyless entry?

I lost one of my key fobs for my 2006 Hyundai Tucson, and can purchase a new one on eBay, but have not been able to find anywhere to purchase or obtain for free the programming for it. I have seen on other websites that the programming for other cars is available. Does anyone know where a site is that can direct me to obtaining this?

      The remotes this is the hyundias or at least all the dealership they have to do it will have to do it will have to bo done at least all the scantool to bo done at the scantool to use the new modles it will have to do it will have to use the remotes this is.
