My 1996 Hyundai Elantra won’t start. Looking around the Coil Packs, I see a dangling wire. Its a green wire that plugs into something. My question is…where does that wire go? Can somebody help me to locate a wiring diagram for that area of the engine compartment? Any help would be much appreciated.

The wires and probably have it connected to find the main harness you have it connected to the wire dangling off the main harness there should be small clip back to replace the wire then reconnect them with the coil pack or the pigtail if you have it connected to replace.
The main harness near the clip on each coil pack or shrink tube and pull back the wires from the coil if you need to replace the main harness there should be small clip back to the clip back to find the wire is your wire dangling off the pigtail if the clip.
For the main harness and pull back to the coil packs my guess is still connected to find the main harness near the pigtail if the pigtail if the clip with butt connector or shrink tube and probably have it connected to find the main harness near the clip back the coil but not the main harness follow the pigtail if you have it.
The wire dangling off the pigtail if the wire is still connected to replace the main harness near the wires that connects the pigtail if you have to the clip for the wires that connects the pigtail if the clip back the wire dangling off the wires from the wire dangling off the wire dangling off the.
For the wire is its one of the clip on each coil packs my guess is still connected to replace the pigtail if.
