The wiper on my back windshield does not work. Is this covered in the Hyundai warranty?

C.H. asked:

I drive a 2-door 2004 Hyundai Accent. The rear windshield wiper does not move when I press the button to activate it. If it’s the motor or a defect in the button, should Hyundai’s warranty cover this when I take it in to the dealer?
