Hyundai Getz is a mini car manufactured by Hyundai Motors India Limited. It is also called as Hyundai Click or Hyundai TB in abroad. This car is sold in most parts of the world except the US or Canada. It has got hatchback body style. It is available in three and five doors model.
This car was launched in 2002 for the first time. Initially, when Hyundai Getz Prime was launched in the market, it had 1.3/1.5 liter petrol and 1.5 liter turbo diesel engines available. In 2004, the 1.3 liter engine was upgraded to 1.4 liter and the 1.5 liter was upgraded to 1.6 liter engine.
Hyundai Getz was upgraded overall in the year 2006.There were changes in the dash, internal frames and the trim. The front and rear styling were also modified in this model. It also contains driver and passenger air bags.
The price for the car ranges between Rupees three lakhs to six lakhs approximately.
Hyundai Getz has got great drive quality & is an excellent car for city rides. It has got good suspension. It proves to be appropriate vehicle for Indian roads and crowded streets. At the same time, it is good on the highways as well. The gears can be operated very comfortably.
The view from the front seat and the driver’s seat is awesome. It has power steering. The illuminated glove box is useful when you are driving in the night. The boot space in the car is nice. It has got split folding back seats. It has got power windows. It has got very spacious hatchback.
