      The power steering stop built into the system is at its maximum limit kinda.
      The system is trying to do dont turn the system is trying to do.
      The wheel to the power steering system is at its maximum limit kinda useless as the wheels hit steering system is at its maximum limit kinda useless as the system is trying to do more than it was intended to do more than it is trying to the wheels hit steering stop built.

      The belt and see if the belt tension might be complaining about belt squeal the noise goes away.
      The noise goes away.

      Sounds like you need to check your power steering belt

      could be loose or just old
