Is there any way to re-program a Hyundai Factory Alarm other than paying the dealer?

I have an 03 Elantra with a Hyundai Factory Alarm. The battery in my remote is dying. Hyundai tech told me they have to change the battery and it will be $100 because they have to re-prog the remote afterward. I’ve been to hmaservice.com but it’s stating you need Code Saver harnesses. Any way around this so I can avoid paying them $100 for stupid battery?

YES AND NO………THERE ARE SOME TECHNICIANS OUT THERE THAT WILL HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPMENT TO REPROGRAM THIS FOR YOU BUT JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE I WOULD LET THE DEALER DO IT SO THAT IF ANYTHING SHOULD GO WRONG THE DEALER WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.
