Do all those questionaires in the mail from Hyundai get on your nerves?

Generally I don’t mind questionaires. They give the consumer a voice. Those from Hyundai are different. They ask everything from the cleanliness of the dealer’s restrooms to the TV in the customer lounge. They never ask anything about the vehicle.

I’m happy with my 2004 Sonata but there are a couple things I could suggest to make their product better.
